Terms and conditions of use
It is previously specified that these conditions govern the sales of all products of the Online Store "TradingCardsMania" (www.tradingcardsmania.com). These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, in particular those in force for sales in store or via other sales media on which "TradingCardsMania" is present.
ARTICLE 1 - PRICE
1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in Euros all taxes included excluding participation in processing and shipping costs (unless otherwise indicated).
1.2 - In case of order to a country other than metropolitan France you are the importer of the product or products concerned which will be invoiced to you TTC at the rate in force in metropolitan France. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums do not fall within the competence of "TradingCardsMania". They will be at your expense and are its sole responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of your country. We advise you to inquire about these aspects with your local authorities.
1.3 - All orders regardless of their origin are payable in Euros.
1.4 - "TradingCardsMania" reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of registration of the orders subject to availability, and provided that your payment is validated within one week from the date of registration of your order. The products remain the property of "TradingCardsMania" until full payment of the price.
1.6 - Minimum purchase: A minimum purchase of 10 euros including vat excluding shipping costs is required for any order.
ARTICLE 2 - ORDER
The order is made exclusively on the website www.tradingcardsmania.com. The contractual information is presented in French and will be the subject of a confirmation containing this contractual information at the latest at the time of delivery.
The sale to professionals will be systematically refused.
"TradingCardsMania" reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason.
ARTICLE 3 - VALIDATION
When you click on the order confirmation button, you declare that you accept this order, its process and the entirety of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation.
The data recorded by "TradingCardsMania" constitutes proof of all transactions made by "TradingCardsMania" and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes proof of financial transactions.
ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, within the limits of available stocks. The validation of your order is subject to its payment. If it is not validated within seven (7) days after the order, it will be cancelled to allow a relisting of the reserved products. If a stock-out should occur, we would offer you a solution suitable for both parties.
ARTICLE 5 - DELIVERY
The products are delivered to the delivery address you specified during the ordering process. In case of deliverable items on different dates given their availability, the delivery time is based on the longest time. However, "TradingCardsMania" reserves the right to split deliveries. Participation in the processing and shipping costs (if any) will only be charged for one shipment. "TradingCardsMania" cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent to you. The delivery costs are calculated when confirming the order. During this confirmation, if these do not suit you, you can refuse the validation of the order. We remind you that the validation of the order occurs after the calculation of the delivery costs, these being clearly displayed, the validation of the order is worth their acceptance.
When placing the order, you may have to choose the delivery method. The choice of delivery method implies the acceptance of the constraints and characteristics of this mode.

ARTICLE 6 - PAYMENT
The payment of your purchases is made by credit card (secure payment), check, PayPal or bank transfer. In the case of payment by cheque or bank transfer, payment must be made within seven (7) working days. After this period TradingCardsMania reserves the right to cancel the order without notice.
ARTICLE 7 - SATISFIED OR REIMBURSED
7.1 - You have, within a period of 14 (fourteen) clear days from the delivery of your order, a right of return, exchange or refund without penalties with the exception of return costs, products that would not suit you. (Contact us)
Only the price of the product(s) purchased will be refunded to you.
However, in case of a package returned without having been opened, we will refund the price of the product(s) and the shipping costs invoiced.

7.2 - Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer or the post office are not taken back.
7.3 - We undertake to refund you, or to exchange you the products that do not correspond to your order (defective or non-compliant).
In this case we kindly ask you to state it in detail on the order form and to return the product (s). "TradingCardsMania" will exchange or refund the product(s).
In the cases referred to in article 7.3, the shipping and return costs will be refunded to you. However, the amount of the refund of return costs may not exceed 2 times the amount of the shipping costs invoiced.
7.4 - These refunds will be made within a period of 15 days or less after receipt of the products by us.
The refund will be made by credit to your bank account.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY
The products offered comply with the French legislation in force. The responsibility of "TradingCardsMania" can not be engaged in case of non-compliance with the legislation of the country where the products are delivered (prohibition of a security ...). It is your responsibility to check with the local authorities the possibilities of importing or using the products or services you plan to order. The photographs and texts reproduced and illustrating the products presented are not contractual. Consequently, "TradingCardsMania" cannot be held liable in the event of an error in one of these photographs or one of these texts. "TradingCardsMania" can not be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of out of stock or unavailability of the product, force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike including postal services and means of transport and / or communications, flood, fire.
"TradingCardsMania" shall not incur any liability for any indirect damages hereof, business loss, loss of profit, loss of chance, damages or expenses.
ARTICLE 10 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
This contract is subject to French law.
The language of this contract is the French language.
In case of dispute the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 11 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
"TradingCardsMania" undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information you communicate to it except with these business partners if you have expressed the will when transmitting your details to "TradingCardsMania". They will also be used by its internal services, for the processing of your order and to strengthen and personalize the communication and product offer reserved for "TradingCardsMania"'s customers, in particular through the newsletters of "TradingCardsMania" as part of the personalization of the shop. Consequently, in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify and oppose personal data concerning you. To do this, simply request it online by indicating your name, surname, address, e-mail address and if possible your customer reference.
